Join a small team for a free, two-week fitness competition. Walks and workouts earn points for your squad, so every effort counts.
No teammates needed. iPhone app or web signup.
From base camp to victory point.
Too busy? Everyone is. It’s two weeks, and a ten-minute walk counts.
Not feeling motivated? That’s kind of the point. You borrow your team’s until you’ve got your own again.
Been here before and it didn’t stick? Fair. There’s another one starting in two weeks, and nobody asks where you went.
A brand-new Zero Day competition drops every two weeks, kicking off on a Monday. Two weeks long, cardio plus a few simple bodyweight moves, your team beside you.
We all want to make excuses, that won't change. But there's an unmatched motivation you get from watching others push through and refuse to back down from their doubts and daily struggles. As much as this is possible, Muster Up will deliver exactly that spark and your team and community of fellow Musters will keep that fire burning.
There's a fresh start waiting every two weeks, so there's no reason to hold out for "someday." Jump into the next drop and bring your team with you.
Activities included
Log any cardio — runs, rides or walks — along with air squats, lunges and push ups. Cardio syncs automatically with Apple Health.
Zero Day keeps the list short on purpose. Other competitions count more than that — yoga, meditation or prayer, breathing, reading and lifting all qualify.
Today every competition is free. Soon, camera-verified competitions will let you put skin in the game — every rep counted on camera, nobody pads their numbers. You pay for a fair competition, not a subscription.
Founding crews who join now are permanently exempt from paid competitions. Zero Day stays free for good.

Social Science & MedicineMost fitness apps revolve around you — your streak, your likes, your highlight reel. Muster Up revolves around us. By design, every engagement, every action, every feature points the same direction: sharing the pursuit of whole fitness — body, mind and spirit — with the people beside you.
This isn't a stage for vanity or a scoreboard for validation. If you’re already strong, you belong here if you want to pull someone up. If you came here to be changed, just show up and do what you can.
Strength worth having is strength you can share.
“The competition inspired me through teamwork and commitment. I deal with PTSD and working towards a common goal with other vets was really positive.”
JamieTeammate“Seeing what others were doing daily gave me the motivation to keep up with them, suck it up and get work done!”
DaveTeammate“The team structure inspired me to take action in personal areas of need. Knowing that my personal choices and actions would either support the team or let them down worked as the extra push I needed on a daily basis.”
RayTeammateNot just another workout tracker. Muster Up runs on daily teamwork — and the whole point is that someone’s there. When you show up, they notice. When you go quiet, they reach.
The Intel Feed is a live stream of every win throughout the community, big or small. See what everyone is doing and cheer each other on.

Browse active competitions, join one focused on the fitness areas you want to achieve. Whether it's running, weight lifting, yoga, mindfulness or even reading, the motivation you need to finally level up your mind, body and spirit is right here.

Form or join a team, pick your vibe and motto. Figure out how you will get the job done together and support each other to follow through and win.

Stay connected, support each other and have fun. Use the team board to plan and cheer each other on. When someone goes quiet, this is where a teammate checks in.

Watch your team climb the mountain. Every workout you log earns points and moves your squad up the map. Earn points, climb the leaderboard, and turn weeks of workouts into a journey you can see — base camp to victory point.

Compete, stay active, build your stats and your network of comrades.
Free while we’re getting started. Every competition right now is on the house. Get in early and help shape what it becomes.

Solo fitness apps fail because life gets in the way and no one notices. Muster Up puts a team behind every workout — so when life knocks you off, someone’s there to pull you back.
Cardio. Strength. Mobility. Mindfulness. Daily mood. Whole Fitness isn't just sets and reps — it's the whole picture.
Photo evidence, GPS routes, real-time activity. Every win is earned. Every leaderboard is honest.
No. Most people join a team of strangers. You’ll be placed with a squad that’s actively recruiting, and you can bring people later if you want to.
Everyone starts at base camp. Zero Day counts any cardio — a walk counts — plus air squats, lunges and push ups, at whatever number you can do today. The point is showing up, not the number.
Nothing right now, and Zero Day stays free for good. Soon, camera-verified competitions will be paid — you pay for a fair competition where every rep is counted on camera, not for a subscription. Founding members and founding crews who join before paid competitions launch are permanently exempt. No catch.
Small on purpose. A team can have up to 10 Musters, and most competitions cap it at 5 — so every member counts and nobody can hide. A bigger crew — a shift, a box, a run club — is split into squads that all climb the same map.
Almost none. I handle the setup — your only job is getting your crew to download the app. Tell us about your crew and we’ll come back with a matchup and a start date.
Nothing bad. Your team keeps going and you pick back up. Coming back doesn’t require an explanation.
Your activity is visible to your teammates and the other people in your competition, and nowhere else. We never sell it or use it to market to you. Apple Health data is used only for app features — logging your activities, your readiness score and your stats — never for advertising.
Not yet. Android teammates use the web version at app.joinmuster.com today — same squads, same map, same team chat — so a mixed iPhone and Android crew can still compete together. The Android app is in the works.
Join Muster Up — and let it be a bridge to other supportive communities, a healthier life, and a brighter future.
On Android? The web version works today — Android app is in the works.
